Fishing in Dalarna day 4
In the beginning of june I visited Dalarna for a four day trip. The aim was to catch some nice pike and perch, aswell as some extra species for a multi species competition called kajartfiskejakten. I have made a Youtube video from each day of fishing. Here is day 4:

First Pike Session of 2025
The first pike session of 2025 was a great day out and I caught 21 pike.

Top Lures for Pike
There are two main criteria when choosing a pike lure to fish from a kayak. First of all, it needs to be able to attract big fish. And secondly you need to be able to fish it from a kayak. A fishing kayak is usually drifting in some sense and you to be able to stay in contact with your lure to fish it properly and to set the hook when the fish finally bites.
